1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using MultiSage ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MultiSage is a real-time multi-AI conversation platform that enables users to submit questions and watch three frontier AI models (Claude Sonnet 4.5, GPT-5, and Gemini 2.5 Pro) discuss and iterate on answers together.

The Service includes:

  • Multi-AI conversation orchestration
  • Real-time streaming responses
  • Pay-as-you-go credit system
  • Conversation history and management

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Account Creation

  • You may be required to create an account to access certain features
  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4.2 Account Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time
  • We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms
  • Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease

5. Credits and Payments

5.1 Credit System

  • The Service operates on a pay-as-you-go credit system
  • Credits are purchased through our payment provider (Polar.sh)
  • Credits are used to generate AI conversations
  • Credit costs are displayed before each conversation

5.2 Pricing

  • Current pricing is available at the time of purchase
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with notice
  • Purchased credits are non-refundable except as required by law

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use the Service to generate harmful, offensive, or illegal content
  • Abuse, harass, or harm others through the Service
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent any security measures
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

7. AI-Generated Content

7.1 Nature of AI Responses

  • All responses are generated by third-party AI models
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI responses
  • AI responses may contain errors, biases, or inappropriate content
  • You use AI-generated content at your own risk

7.2 Content Responsibility

  • You are responsible for how you use AI-generated content
  • We are not liable for decisions made based on AI responses
  • Always verify important information from authoritative sources

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Service Ownership

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by MultiSage. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without permission.

8.2 User Content

  • You retain ownership of questions you submit
  • By using the Service, you grant us a license to process your questions for providing the Service
  • AI-generated responses are owned by their respective AI providers

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party AI providers:

  • Anthropic (Claude)
  • OpenAI (GPT)
  • Google (Gemini)

Your questions are sent to these providers for processing. Each provider has their own terms and privacy policies.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:

  • Merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement
  • Accuracy or reliability of AI responses

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
  • Service interruptions or errors
  • Actions taken based on AI-generated content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the last 12 months, or $100, whichever is less.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
